The Minot Area Community Foundation offers a few different ways to get involved beyond individual giving: joining a giving circle that pools resources and votes on projects together, or supporting a hands-on initiative that puts donated goods directly into the hands of people who need them. Explore the initiatives below to find where you fit.
A community giving circle started in 2011. Members pay $360 in annual dues, vote on local projects, and have invested more than $227,000 back into Minot and surrounding communities since inception.
A charitable giving circle formed in 2007, uniting women to network and invest together in programs that benefit women and children. Has granted more than $530,000 back into the community since inception.
A mobile trailer for collecting and delivering donated food, clothing, toys, and other goods to people and organizations in need across the Minot area. Has collected more than 104,000 pounds of food since 2017.
